2. Services Provided
We offer routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, technical repairs, inspections, maintenance plans, and seasonal preparation/closure. Services are subject to availability, and all work is carried out by experienced professionals.
3. Estimates and Payment
All quotes are free and valid for 14 calendar days.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Final invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to add interest to overdue payments and to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
4. Cancellations
Clients must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover admin and potential loss of work.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property on agreed dates
- Ensuring dogs/pets are secured for safety
- Notifying us of known issues or hazards
- Maintaining a safe, legal environment for our team to work
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in all work performed, we are not liable for:
- Issues caused by existing structural faults or neglected maintenance
- Damage from weather, force majeure, or events outside our control
- Any personal injury or loss if safety instructions are ignored
7. Warranty and Aftercare
Workmanship is covered for 3 months unless otherwise stated. This excludes wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interference.
8. Changes to Services or Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices, services, or terms at any time. Changes will be clearly communicated to active clients where relevant.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials is owned by Zoom y Partners SL and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Ibiza.
